Pathways.
My first series Wandering Women in White was the course my life was in the 1990's. My piece Seeking Faust was sold recently and it reminded me, as to the reasoning, of its creation.
Goethe's Faust; Gretchen returns to earth yearning to find Faust and searches for him. An expression of how we seek, yearn and long for love even in the darkest of night.

During the early part of my 20's I had little or no direction. Working here & there. Taking college courses here & there. Dating here and there. Creating a consistent sea of unsettled paintings. Finding a few cafes', shops and shows to exhibit my work. Till, along came a spider.
That I will continue next week.
